Our client, a leading insurance provider is looking for an experience Executive Secretary. Ideal candidate must be a University Graduate with 3-5 years of administrative and secretarial experience as Executive or Personal Assistant for Senior Management Executives. The incumbent will be responsible to assist the Director in all his daily work in a professional and efficient manner. Job Responsibilities include: appointment and travel arrangement; general office administration (supplies, couriers, maintenance etc) and coordination for agency quotations and approvals. Presentable, serious, patient and hardworking candidates, with strong yet pleasant personality will definitely have an edge in getting this role.
